Court orders Shatta Shatta to apologise to Bulldog » ™-

In accordance with a recent court decision, Shatta Wale must make amends to Lawrence Asiamah Hanson before the defamation lawsuit brought against him can be resolved.

In response to Wale’s outrageous claims that Bulldog was behind the murder of Fennec Okyere, the manager of Kwaw Kese, Bulldog hit him with a lawsuit.

Shatta Wale made these allegations in a Facebook post that was published on November 2, 2022. The request by Shatta Wale’s attorneys to resolve the case outside of court during a previous court session was granted by the Accra High Court.

After a month had passed, Shatta Wale’s legal team appeared in court to report an important development: the parties had in fact reached an early understanding of the settlement’s contours.

Then, Shatta Wale’s lawyers requested a one-month delay to give the parties time to work out the specifics of the settlement.

The consent decision including the conditions of the agreement had to be filed to the court. Bulldog’s solicitors informed the Accra High Court, chaired over by Justice Joseph Adu Agyemang Owusu, that a settlement had been reached in principle.

According to a Starr FM report, the settlement stipulates that Bulldog must receive a formal apology. With the out-of-court settlement of this lawsuit, a significant step in resolving the dispute between Shatta Wale and Bulldog has been made.

The public apology seeks to assuage the grievances raised throughout the court proceedings together with other mutually agreed-upon conditions.

The likelihood of future reconciliation between the two parties is increased by this new action. The attorneys for the plaintiff and defendant will now focus on completing the terms of the settlement and making sure that both Shatta Wale and Bulldog can move on effectively.

Back in 2022, Shatta Wale pledged to expose Bulldog after he purportedly leaked his upcoming album Gift of God online. Wale announced that he would reveal what he believes actually happened in connection with the late artist manager Fennec Okyere’s murder.

In a Facebook post, Shatta Wale said he was ready to tell any court what Bullgod had told him about the killing of Fennec Okyere.

He wrote “Bull Dog, since you are bringing out secrets, you will tell Ghanaians what happen to Fenicks (sic) Murder!! And I am not joking about this time!! I am ready to tell the court about what you told me about you and your men and how planned that foolish act, get ready. This Akufo Addo won’t give you a murder (sic) chance to be on our streets!!! Watch how this ends!!! You can’t fight time!!!”
