Ruto Issues Another Executive Order Which Brings To A Stop Uhuru’s Mega Project in Coast Region

President William ruto has this evening issued another executive Order that brings to a stop another major initiative that was initiated by his predecessor Uhuru kenyatta during his reign as president of the Republic of Kenya.

In the new order the head of state has revealed that he has halted the subdivision of land of the Galana Kulalu national food security project that was initiated a few years back by president Uhuru kenyatta and the minister in charge of Agriculture Peter munya.

The new executive Order also seeks to partner with private stakeholders in ensuring that the project is round beginning February this year where close to millions of bugs will be harvested after he ordered as at the 10,000 acres of land be planted with maize which is also expected to feed the millions of Kenyans currently starving.

The head of state has also revealed that the government is planning to construct a dam in the area which will also be used to supply water to the irrigation scheme which according to him will serve not only the locals but also Kenyans drawn from different Counties Across The Nation.

The cancellation of the Uhuru started project now elicited mixed reactions for the sections of Kenya who see ruto’s move to abolish some of the projects as politically instigated since he fell out with the head of state before his election as president.
