Controversial Member of Parliament, Hon. Babu Owino has sent a message to the political class through his official tweeter account. The Embakasi- East Member of Parliament is a Politician who is never afraid of speaking his mind on any issue concerning the country. He has garnered huge influence in the country especially among the youths who follow his political ideologies.
Hon. Babu Owino has posted a photo of him in handcuffs through his Tweeter account as he calls out politicians fueling tribalism in the country. The seemingly angry ODM Member of Parliament has called out MPs who keep on being tribal.
“It’s pure BALDERDASH for leaders to be tribal in this country. Mara sisi kama Luhyas, Mara sisi kama Kikiyus, Mara sisi kama wajaluo, this is nonsensical.” Embakasi East Babu Owino’s sentiments.
The vocal MP has called out Leaders who jeep on referring to themselves and their community to a particular tribe which is wrong according to Hon. Babu Owino. The remarks by Hon. Babu Owino comes a few days after a section of MPs from Western Kenya threatened to start an impeachment motion against Deputy President, Rigathi Gachagua for focusing so much on Mt. Kenya yet he’s a National Leader.
