You Cannot Give The Owner Of The Money 7% And Give The Caretaker Over 70%- Ransford Gyampo

Professor Ransford Gyampo has fumes at government after increasing workers salary to 7 percent this year. Whilst a lot of people are praising the government for increasing the salaries of public servants, those whom salaries has been increased are crying and calling on government to do something about the pay rise which is small according to their thoughts.

Ransford Gyampo has expressed that government cannot give the owner 7 percent and give the caretaker over 70 percent and said until public servants strive to achieve some level of equity in the conditions of service of public servants and article 71 office holders.

He said if that is done then there would be no industrial harmony and told the public that public servants are not fools.

“Until we strive to achieve some level of equity in the conditions of service of Public Servants and Article 71 Office Holders, there would be no industrial harmony. U cannot give the owner of the money 7% and give the caretaker over 70%. We are not FOOLS” Ransford Gyampo stated on his social media wall today, 5th January, 2022.
