Accra Hearts of Oak striker, Daniel Afriyie Barnieh is confident that the Black Galaxies will do well at the 2023 CHAN Tournament.
The Black Galaxies have qualified for the tournament for the first time since 2014 and coach Annor Walker wants to perform better.
The Black Galaxies defeated their arch rivals, Nigeria to qualify for the competition to be hosted in Algeria in 2023.
Afriyie Barnieh spoke to the media outlet of the Ghana Football Association ahead of the main tournament in Algeria next month.
“I think we have a future at the CHAN tournament and with the support of my teammates I think I can do better in the CHAN tournament.
“Sure they should expect the trophy and they expect a good game at least a good position in the tournament from us.
“It was marvelous yesterday during training they received us well they cheered us and congratulated us.
