Ex-Asante Kotoko midfielder, Daniel Nii Adjei has urged Hearts of Oak to learn from the mistakes of his former club.
The Porcupine Warriors parted ways with coach Prosper Narteh Ogum and ended up exiting the CAF Champions League under Burkinabe coach, Seydou Zerbo.
The Phobians repeated Kotoko’s dose by separating from coach Samuel Boadu and are down by 3-0 in the first leg CAF Confederation Cup qualifiers against RC Kadiogo of Burkina Faso.
Nii Adjei who also played for Congolese giants TP Mazembe, says the Phobians should take a cue from their rivals.
“I hope Hearts [of Oak] will take a lesson from it before they go into their game on Sunday.
“Because football is not played by mouth, in Ghana here we play football with our mouth but not on the field.
“And that is what our football is going down, always we think we are good, we have done it, we’ve finished.
“And then before we realize everything [has] crushed on us.” Daniel Nii Adjei told Radio Gold Talk Sport.
