Since the announcement of the Pobiman project and the building of the secretariat, the souls of the Phobians have been elated, for they knew that something great thing was about to happen.
This week, the Oak Tree family heard the good news about the Pobiman project as they went there for their first-ever training.
Looking at the infrastructural progress of the project, the ace journalist Saddick Obama has heaped praises and accolades on the board chairman of Accra Hearts of Oak for putting up such a project.
He has this to say about Togbe Afede;
“It doesn’t matter if Togbe Afede acquires 100% shares in Accra Hearts of Oak. As long as the club competes and runs professionally. The intent to invest in all areas is evident.Â
“In terms of infrastructure, he has done in 10 years, what the club could not do in 100 years.”
There should be definite efforts by club owners to raise the infrastructural limits of the game to cope with the development going on in other clubs.
