Oda-based newly promoted Ghanaian top-flight side, Kotoku Royals have opted to use the Cape Coast Stadium as temporary home venue as the new season starts this weekend.
The preferred home venue for the league debutants, the Oda Sports Stadium is under renovation and, it will not be ready in time for the start of the new campaign.
Kotoku Royals will thus honour their first few home games of the 2022/23 betpawa Premier League season at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium until the renovation works at the Oda Sports Stadium are completed.
They will open they account with a home game against Accra Lions, and the game is set to come off at the Cape Coast Stadium on Saturday afternoon in one of two matches on the day.
The Royals, will look to post a win on their top-flight debut as they aim to remain an Elite Division side at the close of the campaign.
