The third drink on our list that you should not consume before dinner is flavored water. This is because it contains. sugar, flavor, and color in it. When you consume it at night before it may spike your sugar level and may also increase calories in your body.
4. Sports Drink
Another drink you should be aware of consuming at night is sports drinks. This is because these drinks contain ingredients that boost your metabolism, thus providing energy to your body. As such consuming it at night may keep your body active, hence hindering you from sleeping.
5. Cow Milk
Last but not least is cow milk. Milk has a large number of nutrients in them and is good for the body. However, some types of milk shouldn’t be consumed at night. Cow milk contains unwanted fat, calories, and antibiotics which are bad for your health. The preferred milk you should drink is skimmed or fat-free milk which I more healthy and nutritious.
