The Koforidua Diocesan Bishop of the Methodist Church Ghana, Rt Rev Dr Emmanuel Asare Kusi could not be left out in eulogizing the Emmanuel Methodist of at Asiakwa in the Osiem Circuit.
Below is his goodwill message for the church;
Praise, honour and glory be to God for the great things he has done with his people atÂ
Asiakwa. Yes the faithful God began theÂ
Methodist Church is Asiakwa but his Lay andÂ
Clergy have sustained his own work.
Many sacrifices by members of this great Society is very much appreciated. Yes their work has not been in vain. The church over these 90 years has contributed to the holistic development of members and the Community in many ways especially in education.
As we celebrate this great work of God among us and review our past we must continue to press on to greater goals in the future.
The theme for the Methodist Church Ghana 2022 must serve as our guide in our Christian commitment. Yes we must be transformed inÂ
Jesus Christ by the Renewal of our minds and not be formed to the world (Romans 12:1-2) we must also be empowered by the Holy Spirit to continue to reach out to others in this community and beyond.
Once again on behalf of the Diocesan Executive we extend our Congratulations to you all. Best wishes for the celebrations in Christ Jesus the Lord of all.
