The Anglican church has once again consecrated another sacred space for believer to communicate with their maker. Prayer gardens provide serene environment for believer who wish to escape from distractions while praying to God.
Led by the Lord Bishop of Accra, Rt. Rev’d Dr. Daniel Sylvanus Mensah Torto, The St. Peter Prayer Garden, erected by the late Mrs. Matilda Olu-Davies and children, was consecrated for use by parishioners and the general public.
The late Mrs. Olu-Davies was a selfless parishioner who was always concerned and instrumental to the development of St. Peter’s Parish, Nungua
Bishop totoe said the prayer garden would provide a sacred space for believers to pray,clear their minds and be reminded of God’s goodness..He further said it will be a separate space to remove distractions,deter interruptions and connect believers to Jesus anytime they prayed theee.
This is one and many more others that the church has done for the past years for it’s members.
