The discussion on the top bribery chart seem to continue unabated as there was a detailed discussion on TV3’s keypoint show.
The panel members on the Saturday Morning Show were uniform on their contributions with respect to the corruption level in the country.
Former Deputy Finance Minister Ricketts Hagan mentioned that it was not surprising that the Police continually tops the chart on the most bribed officials. He revealed that the amount that these officials receive altogether as bribes are material due to how they routinely accept these monies.
On the same issue, NPP’s Lawyer Appiah Kubi mentioned that all those who were in the bribery chart were indeed corrupt and he mentioned that some of the Judges who were hailed for not accepting the bribes were already hinted by the investigators. Does this mean that they would have also accepted the bribes?
Many Ghanaians have blasted the NPP Member of Parliament for his remarks as some commentators have indicated that he has an agenda. He has been advised to stop spewing such things and concentrate on developing the roads of his constituency.
What are your thoughts on the ongoing discussion?
