The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has released an official notice on the 10th anniversary celebration of the late President John Evans Atta-Mills at the Asomdwee Park.
The past week was full of of controversies over the renovation of the Asomdwee Park without the families involvement. It good all is now set for the celebration to kick start as the NDC released an official statement.
According to the notice signed by the General Secretary Mr Johnson Asiedu Nketia, the National Democratic Congress has celebrates the 10th anniversary of the passing of the late President John Evans Atta Mills on Sunday 25 July 2022 at 12:30 p.m. at the Asomdwee Park.
According to the statement by the Gen Secretary, beginning from today, 24th July, 2022, two main activities have been earmarked to commences the celebration. He said today’s activities will be heralded by a wreath-laying ceremony and a church service in honour of the great leader.
He also noted that a commemorative public lecture under the team: “The man John Evans Atta Mills. Ten years on,” will be held on Tuesday 26 July 2022 at the Accra International conference centre at 2 p.m.
The statement further emphasized that the dress code for both events is a 10th anniversary cloth and white dresses. The general public, cast of the NDC, family and friends I love ones of the beloved leader are all cordially invited.
