Pastor Emmanuel Boate On Apostle Prof. OPOKU Onyinah & Matters Of The National Cathedral as shared on the internet (Facebook).
In the last few days our old boy has been called names insulted and vilified because of his involvement in the National cathedral as chairman of the board of trustees.Â
He together with others have come under serious attacks with some insulting them, their family member and many many more. His integrity has been questioned countless number of times.Â
It’s interesting how people think Apostle Prof. Opoku Onyinah does not feel the heartbeat of the Nation and the frustrations of the masses as we contend with the economic hardships we find ourselves in.Â
Also, It’s interesting how all of a sudden this same man who stood and brought serious reforms in the Church of Pentecost has become the “devil”.Â
If I were him, I would have resigned but I don’t know how he does it. With all the criticisms and insults he still is standing by his convictions.
Now I personally think that, he’s taking the insults and attacks which would have gone to the government and all this is for nothing.Â
Whatever you’ve heard, hear me the man Opoku Onyinah is not a politician. Under President Mills when he was appointed a member of the National Peace Council, it was said he was an NDC Member.Â
Today he’s been appointed by the sitting President to lead one of the most controversial projects to ever hit this land and he’s been alleged to be an NPP member. Trust me Apostle Opoku Onyinah is only serving his nation. We can argue about the timing, the relevance etc of the Cathedral especially considering the economic crunch we find ourselves in but trust me this man is a man who needs our encouragement. Let’s encourage him even in our disagreement.Â
It’s well but I know he will come out of this one too. After all in his own church there was an attack on his life and abuse on him until the people saw the dawn of the day.
Below are peoples’ reaction in the comment section.
