Manchester United’s Christian Eriksen, a free agent midfielder, is scheduled to undergo medical exams and might join the team’s tour of Australia, according to sources from ESPN.
With Thomas Frank claiming that the Danish international could yet return to Brentford, Manchester United remain convinced that Erik ten Hag’s 2nd signing as head coach of 20-time English champions will be the Ex-Inter Milan playmaker.

There are no teams interested in signing him at this time.
“It’s possible that it appears to be a different club than us right now.
“Optimistic as I am, I also keep up with the news. Let’s wait and see what happens! In the meantime until he is either signed here or somewhere else, I chat to him (Eriksen) frequently, but we keep our conversations private.
In 2013, after his debut season in the Premier League with Tottenham Hotspur, the Ajax midfielder verbally agreed to sign a three-year deal with the Red Devils.
Brentford recruited the highly-rated midfield maestro in January on a short-term deal until the end of the 21/22 season after he spent the new year training with Ajax.
Frank’s Brentford club avoided relegation from the Premier League in their first season because of the impact of the exquisite midfielder’s inclusion in the starting eleven.
Upon completion of his examination, the Dane will be able to join United on their Melbourne tour.
