Speaking in an interview on the Uncut Show with the lifestyle & celebrity blogger, Zionfelix, Elikem Kumordzie stated that he supports the idea of some Ghanaian actors and actresses filming short comedy skits to sustain the industry.

He lamented that the mediocracy has to do with the fact that in most cases, some of the roles, storylines, and money involved when a director reaches out to an actor might not be that interesting for the actor to secure the deal.

He added that it is very essential when movie stars take matters into their own hands by making judicious use of the newest social media platforms just to sustain their craft and change their own narratives.

He mentioned that the likes of Dr. Likee and other comedy skit filmers have created their own industry not only to sustain the Ghanaian film industry but also to sustain their talents and craft as movie stars.

However, Elikem Kumordzie revealed his intentions to join the team as he prepares to also launch his personal YouTube channel where he will also be shooting his own skits.
