Good news has hit the National Democratic Congress party today as one of their National executives has announced that he is a PhD holders of one of the top courses in the world. Yesterday, he brought to the notice of Ghanaians that he will have his PhD Oral examination today at exactly 2:00 pm and after the oral exams, he would be awarded a PhD degree in Applied Agricultural Economics and Policy.

All well-wishers were happy after Peter Boamah Otukonnor updated us on his progress.
