The National Communication Team Member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), T. T. Caternor reacts to the fuel increment and tells the New Patriotic Party (NPP) government to stop requesting loans from the foreign countries and build a refinery for our country.
According to T. T. Caternor, Nigeria has already begun the building of its crude oil refinery and it will be advisable for Ghana to begin theirs gradually.
T. T Caternor tells the New Patriotic Party (NPP) government to stop requesting loans from the foreign countries even though it will be difficult to live without the loans but with hard work and determination, Ghana will get an oil refinery.
T. T Caternor said the building of a refinery is not overnight but rather a single shot so if the government starts now, the high demand for fuel from the BDCs will reduce to the lowest level and they can no longer contemplate with the Ghanaians on fuel prices.
T. T. Caternor disclosed this on Neat 100.9 FM in an interview with the host of the show, Adakabre Frimpong Manso on Monday, June 20, 2022.
