TV3 Date Rush is a popular reality show hosted by Giovanni Caleb and Anita Akua Akuffo. During the recent edition, the show provided a lot of lessons.
In the first place, the show has taught singles to be patient in life. Benita and Hayford are examples of this value. They have all appeared on the show on many occasions but they kept their faith alive and finally got what they want.
Secondly, the show has provided the essence of well-thought answers. In other words, the show has taught singles to communicate effectively . On the earlier episodes, Benita easily criticised the male contestants and this made it difficult for the guys to admire her. On this episode, when the host asked Benita how she perceived the guys, Benita humbly told Host Giovanni Caleb that all the guys were looking hot. She was careful about her and this worked for her. Many expected Benita to provide some epic responses to Ernest Opoku when the gentleman asked her how old she was. She respectfully stated 28years. In addition, when Hayford asked her if she was a virgin, she did not hesitate to communicate the answer properly. She humbly explained that she was still a virgin.
Thirdly, Benita was strategic enough to ask the right questions. She respectfully asked the two contestants if each could cope if she decides that there should be no sex before marriage. Ernest Opoku’s answer seemed quite hypocritical as he bragged about his fasting ability. On the otherhand, Hayford was honest and straightforward with what he wanted from Benita. Benita later explained that she asked that stategic question to test their honesty.
