The Inspector General of Police, Akuffo Dampare, has been cautioned by Allotey Jacobs not to be swollen headed.
On Peace FM’s morning program dabbed ‘Kokrokoo’, on Wednesday 15th June 2022, Allotey Jacobs, who claims he knows the IGP that he is one of the best cautioned that Dampare should know Ghanaians by now and not be happy because he is all over social media for the work he is doing because it is these same people singing his praises who will also bring him down. “Ghana politics should foretell that, the very people who say ‘praise him’, will be the very people who will say ‘crucify him’.”
Allotey Jacobs made sound this caution when he was contributing to the chaos that happened at the Islamic Senior High School at Abreo in Kymadi when students who were demonstrating against rampant knocking down of pedestrians who uses a road Infront of their school.
According to Allotey Jacobs, though the IGP, Dampare is doing well, he must also consider training his people to avoidsuch occurrences which he said is “adding more tension to what we are facing in this country.”
