Please follow me.

Editor of the insight newspaper, Kwesi Pratt Jnr, in an interview, claimed that he supports an issue which has been of public concern. Nonetheless, Kwesi Pratt’s support is in relation to the letter the Inspector General Of Police, George Akuffo Dampare wrote to the British High Commissioner. Kwesi Pratt said;

“I am shocked when some citizens say Dampare should not have issued that lengthy statement. With what the British High Commissioner did, you can even publish about thirty books; not pages. What is the business of the British High Commissioner, commenting on somebody who has been arrested for a traffic offense?”.

However, according to him, there is no offense in the IGP’s statement and that Dampare was just asking critical questions. This means that Dampare’s statement was good. Interestingly, Kwesi Pratt admonished the British High Commissioner to comment or focus about the incessant attacks on blacks, the London police and others and not what Dampare is doing.

In conclusion Kwesi Pratt indicated that he is really surprised the Minister Of Foreign Affairs And Regional Integration, Shirley Ayorkor Botchwey, hasn’t summoned the British High Commissioner to her office to give her some few lessons in diplomacy.
