The Last WILL Of A Teacher

Following the WILL of NPP’s Sir John that has gone viral all over the internet, this piece looks at an imaginary WILL of a teacher in Ghana. In Sir John’s WILL, one of the key phrases was “forever”.

In Ghana one of the public sector workers who usually Laments about meagre salary are teachers. Below is the imaginary WILL of a teacher.

The Last Will

A. I have 2 boxes of white board markers under my bed. In my absence they should be given to my daughter forever.

B. I have 3 blue pens and 2 red pens in my bag. In my absence they should be given to my youngest son forever.

C. I have 2 yards of GNAT clothes. In my absence it should be given to my wife forever.

D. I have an old GNAT Umbrella and GNAT Polo Shirt. In my absence they should be given to my father.

E. I have a number of lesson note books on my table. In my absence please return all of them to GES forever and ever.

F. I have a motorbike. In my absence, give it to my eldest son forever.

Will there ever be a day when the WILL of a teacher might be colourful and attractive like Sir And other top politicians? Only time will tell.
