The King of the Dormaa in the Bono region Osagyefo Dr Nana Agyemang bad II has been one of the kings in the country most Ghanaians talk about following his good work.
There is a proverb that says “good name is better than riches”. Nana Agyemang Badu knows how hard to leave in this country without support. He started supporting his community by giving loans to people without interest to start businesses. Again he started building infrastructures which include schools, and a market to help develop the Dormaa community.
He introduced free tertiary scholarships to those who passed their WASSCE Exams but lack financial support. Health is one of the most important things every community needs. Due to that, the king introduced communal labour to help clean all the chocked gutters and their environment.
Today the king has shared lovely pictures on his page as he celebrates his 56th birthday.
Happy Birthday our great King. You have set a good example as a leader and Ghanaians will forever love you.
