Ghanaian actress and socialite, Andrea Owusu, affectionately known as Efia Odo has called on the board of the University of Ghana to lay down measures to scold students who flout the school rules by littering the campus.

She made these submissions after a social media user shared a photo of how some part of the school’s campus has been left untidied even though there are trash cans for students to dispose of their refuse.
Efia Odo vehemently called for punishment to be meted out to students who are caught littering the school’s compound while trash cans are being provided at vantage points for the disposal of refuse.
She berated the school’s authorities for being reluctant in charging the students to keep their environment clean by making use of the trash cans made available for them.
She wrote; So punish them, punish those who break the law it’s so fucking simple. If there’s a garbage can it isn’t being used, let the students clean it up. Why are people who are in higher power or higher position watching this happen???
