Hearts Of Oak Talisman Daniel Afriyie Barnieh has agreed a new contract extension with the club when the league season ends.
Vincent Odotei Sowah, Club Board Member made the revelation that, their hotscoring prospect will renew his contract to 2026 after his current contract was deemed to end in January 2023.
Barnieh has been one of the consistent players for Hearts this season scoring 10 goals so far as the defending Premier League champions sit 4th on the league table with 47 points after 29 matches played.
In an interview with Asaase Radio, Odotei Sowah said;

We held successful talks and after agreeing terms, we offered him a contract that reflected those terms of which is accepted by both parties.
“We hope he continues to play with us for a very long time, his performances are mind blowing and we are fortunate to have him in the club” He concluded.
Hearts of Oak started the league very abysmally but turned around brilliantly in the second half of the season. They find themselves in the finals if the 2022 MTN FA Cup where they will lockhorns with Bechem United in a bid to defend their crown.
