To downplay the fuss surrounding his boss’ tigers, the trainer of the tigers owned by Freedom Jacob Caesar has insisted some dogs are more savage than the 7months old tigers.
In the words of Samuel Tiwonitaaba Kuteba, the two tigers do not pose a danger to society because they have been declawed.
He shed light on this new development when he met with reporters on May 20 following public outcry about the presence of the animals within their neighbourhood.
“Ghanaian doctors are working on them to file the teeth, which means that these animals that we are talking about are not dangerous, they are just like dogs that you have in your homes.

“In fact, some dogs are very dangerous than the tigers that I have here. So for me, when it comes to tigers as you have seen them today, as the news is spreading everywhere that the tigers are attacking people, it is a fallacy, lie and shouldn’t be accepted.”
He added “Since I came into contact with these animals I realized it is nice to be with them. Every time I come near them I don’t want to go back home because it is nice to be with them, they have a way of communicating.

” I love to be with them because of the way they are. Tigers have some areas in their lives that make them very dangerous, that is their nails. So we said if that is the dangerous part of them then why can’t we declaw them, so these animals that we are talking about that they are dangerous, their nails have been declawed, they don’t have nails.”
