The leader and founder of Alabaster Chapel International, Prophet Kofi Oduro speaks about the low level of morality in Government schools across the nation Ghana. Prophet Kofi Oduro is of the view that, the Government is the cause of all immoral activities going on in schools. The man of God added that, Government is not making any initiatives to shape the moral life of students but the only concern is about academic performance.
Preaching to his congregation on sunday 8th May 2022, Prophet Kofi Oduro made it clear that, when the missionaries were in charge of their own schools, moral life is one of the hallmark of their institutions. But immediately Government intervene to take full control of the schools, moral standards has been ignored and students do not care about the consequences of their own behaviour in the future.
Prophet Kofi Oduro is therefore calling unto the government to release all the schools under their care to the right owners which is the church. It is the church that impact good morals not the Government.
” I am sending this information or message to the Jubile house without fear. Government is the cause of immoral behaviours in schools. We do not see these kind of attitude we are seeing today when the missionaries where in Charge of their schools. The Government should release the schools under its care back to the church. We can talk about the methodist Church, Catholic church, Presbyterian church and many other churches that can instill moral discipline in their students”. – Prophet Oduro stated.
