Ghana’s Premier football club Accra Hearts of Oak has released updates on the progress of their injured players as the Ghana Premier League, GPL season unfolds.
The capital club announced various stages on the progress of these injured players as they near full recovery.
A club statement posted on their media channels updated these facts saying long term injured absentee Daniel Kordie has started full training with the team as he hopes to get back to full fitness ahead of next season.
His colleague midfielder Abdul Lawali is on a light training program according to the club as the Nigerian aims to get back to full training with the club.
The club also announced that midfielder Abdul Aziz Nurudeen has joined his teammates in training after being out for a couple of weeks and, he could be ready for selection in their next game if the club medics approve.
Defender Robert Addo Sowah is yet to recover from the injury he sustained in their league loss to Asante Kotoko and, he is still on the injury table.
The club also announced that their midfielder Abdul Manaf Umar has lost his mother and they expressed their deep condolence to the player and his family on this, their grievous loss
