On Kessben Tv’s Amansan Ntie show earlier today, the Chief Executive Officer for Public Sector Reforms, Mr Thomas Kusi Boafo has raised the hopes of the youths in Ghana by hinting that, a portion of the money to be raised from the electronic levy (E-levy) will be given out as start at capital to the youth
      He explained that, this government is much concerned about the creation of jobs and at the moment, the public sector will not be able to employ most of the youth. Therefore one of the reasons they brought the E-levy is to help mobilize enough funds to help create jobs for the youth by giving out start up capital and also strengthening the private sectors
      Also another major problem the e-levy will tackle will be construction of roads. He said especially with places like Manso, The NPP government will not be able to campaign over there if they do not fix their roads therefore they don’t need the EIU reports to know what they are supposed to do
