Hearts of Oak forward gets an offer from an Iraqi giant

Uncle ‘T’ FC, also known as Uncle ‘T’ United, formerly called Pure Joy Stars, is a Ghanaian professional football team based in Prampram, that plays in the 3B Zone of the Ghana Division One League. Zone 3B has seven competing teams from the part of the Greater Accra Region and the Volta Region of Ghana.

The former Wamanafo Mighty Royals attacker was on target for the Phobians in their MTN FA Cup win over Uncle T United on Tuesday afternoon.

Asempa FM’s Enoch Worlanyo has reported that a club inside has advised the forward not to ink a new deal with the club with his contract left with 6 months to run out.

Obeng has been on the books of the Phobians since 2018 and it is expected that he would head for the exit at the end of the season.

He has scored 16 league goals in 64 appearances in 4 and half seasons for the club.

The talented forward has a goal in 7 games for Hearts this season.
