Today in the English Premier League, Manchester City welcomed Everton to the Etihad Stadium as they look to maintain their winning run. The home team took the lead as Haaland put the ball in the net at the 24th minute. This lead was then cancelled as Gray levelled the game for the away team at the 64th minute to end the game in a 1-1 draw with both teams setting for a point each.
Also, Newcastle welcomed Leeds United to the St. James Park with the hope of maintaining their impressive run. Unfortunately for them, they could not find the back of the net in the entire minutes of the game which saw the game end in a goalless draw.
Later on, Arsenal paid a visit to Brighton at the Falmer Stadium as they look to extend their lead at the top of the table. Fortunately for the Gunners, they were able to secure full points with the game ending 2-4.
Meanwhile, this is how the premier league table looks like following these results.
