Head coach of Ghana’s Black Galaxies, Annor Walker has named Asante Kotoko’s number one, Danlad Ibrahim in his final squad.
The Black Galaxies will take part in the 2023 Championship for Africa Nations to be held in Algeria, starting in January.
Coach Annor Walker has settled on a 25-man squad for the tournament after managing to qualify ahead of their sworn rivals, Nigeria over two legs.
The Black Galaxies played two friendly matches on the local scene against two Ghana Premier League clubs to shape up for the tournament.
The Black Galaxies managed to beat former Ghana Premier League champions, Accra Hearts of Oak by 2-1 after a good come back.
The team also beat another Premier league side, Legon Cities fc by 2-0 at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence to shape up for the tournament.
The team will emplane to Egypt to put finishing touches to their preparations before the main tournament in Algeria.
The Black Galaxies are paired in group c alongside, defending champions Morocco, Sudan and Madagascar for the one month long tournament.
