EchoHouse Ghana Limited picks 6 awards at 16th AAG Gong Gong Awards

EchoHouse Ghana Limited, a 360 creative marketing communications company, has won 6 awards from the just-ended 16th Advertising Association of Ghana Gong-Gong Awards.

This brings to a total of 15 AAG Gong-Gong awards wins for EchoHouse, having first won 9 awards at the 2021 edition after it entered the awards scheme for the very first time.

For the 2022 edition of the awards ceremony which is aimed at celebrating the best marketing communications campaigns executed in the country, EchoHouse submitted five entries for consideration. Incredibly, for these 5 entries, the agency had picked up six awards instead.

The six awards included two silver awards, three gold awards and one platinum award.

The agency won one silver award for the Zero Gravity campaign it executed for the launch of the Coca-Cola Zero Sugar in the Non-Alcoholic Drink-Activation Experiential category, while the other silver award celebrated the Rumble 5 campaign it rolled out for the launch of the new Close Up Deep Clean variant in the Social Marketing, Health and Personal Care category.

The three Gold Awards honoured another Close Up campaign dubbed “Ride With KiDi” in the Digital, Health and Personal Care category.

Two owned initiatives by EchoHouse were also celebrated with Gold Awards, these are the agency’s Women Ad More campaign that sent a challenge to the industry to include more women. The other initiative was its family-friendly Christmas festival called the Around The World Food and Drinks Festival which will be held for the second time on December 26, 2022, at the Accra Polo Court. These two awards were celebrated in the Digital CSR, and Experiential and Social Marketing Hospitality categories, respectively.

The icing on the cake, however, was the second time celebration of the Close Up Ride With KiDi campaign which won a Platinum Award, in the Digital, Health and Personal Care category.

Excited about the great showing of EchoHouse’s campaigns at the 16th AAG Gong-Gong Awards, which was held on December 16, the CEO of EchoHouse Ghana Limited, Beryl Agyekum Ayaaba said “we owe a lot of our appreciation to our clients who continue to choose us to lead their marketing efforts.”

“It is extra special when clients allow us to dream and bring those dreams to life in ways that do not only market their brands but bring real returns on their commitments,” she said in a statement.

“Though we are undoubtedly proud of our wins for client work, we also take joy in the fact that our own initiatives – Women Ad More, and Around The World Food and Drinks Festival – also get recognized by such a strong association as the AAG,” she added.

“This will only spur us on to do more and bring more impactful marketing communications solutions to our clients,” she maintained.
