“I’m Not Worried About Leaving Accra Hearts of Oak” – Former WAFA Defender

Accra Hearts of Oak’s outgoing defender, Mohammed Alhassan is not worried about his departure from the club.

The former West Africa Football Academy has been told by the club to look for a new club as he is deemed surplus to requirement by the 21 time Ghana Premier League champions.

Mohammed Alhassan alongside former Real Tamale United right back and captain of the club, Fatawu Mohammed have been told to look for a new club.

Fatawu has been at the club for thirteen good years since joining the Phobians from the Pride of the North.

The Phobians started the season very poorly after just gathering two points from their three opening games of the league season. They achieved those poor results under departed coach, Samuel Boadu who has since been appointed the hewd coach of the national under 20 male team, the Black Satellites. The Phobians have since replaced Samuel Boadu with Serbian trainer Slavko Matic.
