The Black Stars of Ghana have no coach at the moment following the departure of Otto Addo who led them to the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
The Borussia Dortmund scout was in charge of the West African nation that was making its fourth appearance at the global football showpiece in Qatar.
The Black Stars lost their opening game to former European champions Portugal by 3-2 before managing to come back stronger to beat South Korea by the same margin they lost to Portugal.
The Black Stars third and final group game sent shockwaves down the spine of many Ghanaians after they lost to old foes, Uruguay by 2-0.
The poor result sent them out of the 2022 FIFA World Cup with just three points from three group games.
Ghana is now looking for Otto Addo’s replacement and several news reports has it that, one of the assistants, former Dutch midfielder, George Boateng is likely to be given the job of the Black Stars head coach.
