Some local and international performers performed, although Wizkid, R2Bees, and King Promise didn’t.

Accra Hearts of Oak, Accra Great Olympics, and Accra Lions all play their home games at the arena. Matches are expected to begin Monday at all sites.
The National Sports Authority has reportedly shuttered the facility for renovations.
