It appears the issues that emerged from the recent Youth and Women’s delegates’ conference of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) which culminated into violence, are not dying any time soon as the raging tension between Sammy Gyamfi and Opare Addo takes a new dimension.
The retained National Youth Organiser of the NDC, Lawyer George Opare Addo has dared the National Communication Officer of the party, Sammy Gyamfi to disclose the source of his recently acquired wealth.
According to Opare Addo Sammy Gyamfi, who is also a trained Lawyer, owns a plush mansion at Airport Hills and must explain how he acquired that property.
“Mugabe, ask Sammy Gyamfi how he built a house at Airport Hills, what work does he do?” He asked Salifu Maase, popularly known as “Mugabe’’ on Accra-based Power FM.
George Opare Addo says won his re-election bid against Sammy Gyamfi and not Brogya Genfi, the guy he actually contested.
Mr Opare Addo is making this claim because Sammy Gyamfi openly campaigned for Brogya Genfi in his bid to become the National Youth Organiser of the NDC.
“As for this election, it was that Airport Hills small boy I contested not Brogya, I said today I will mention names… I contested Sammy Gyamfi and I won. He is a small boy. There is nothing he can match me on, I have lived life well. He is a small boy.” Pablo said.
“Yes, Sammy Gyamfi has now become an obstacle and in my way and this my second term I will not joke! I will cut cut away anybody who stands in my way as an obstacle. It’s only action that we will see. Action action action….” He added.
