The Ghana Football Association has entered into a new agreement with the Saudi Arabian Football Federation to help in administration and to contribute expertise to help grow football in the two countries.
Though the deal was announced on the website of the FA, the details of the contract did not include the time frame within which the contract must last.
The former editor of Kotoko Express has raised questions about the agreement;
“While the Ghana FA just announced a partnership with Saudi Arabian football looks good on the surface, no mention of its timeframe leaves room for questions on that. Would be nice though to see how our football is impacted by the latest development years to come”. – Jerome Otchere
