The Vice President of Ghana, Dr. Mahammud Mahama has encouraged the national team, Black Stars, to make the country proud in their upcoming match.
The FIFA World cup in Qatar has commenced with national teams of every nation putting in their best. Ghana’s Black Star’s match with Portugal has been slated for tomorrow 24th November 2022.

The vice President, Dr. Bawumia, has come out to share some words of encouragement with Black Stars and has advised them not to allow any team to intimidate them in any way. In a message, he shared, he said the moment has come for the Black Stars to take on the world.

He emphasized that Ghana has a group of talented players who have been selected to represent the team at the World Cup.
He opined the players ”cannot be intimidated” by anyone.

”I want to urge the Black Stars to go on and play their hearts out for mother Ghana. We can stand the world. We have done it before and can do it again.”
”They [Black Stars] should go out and emulate the historic deeds of their predecessors. God bless you all. We can do it. Go Ghana Go! Go Black Stars Go!”
