Chelsea are reportedly in the market for a goalkeeper after the recent performances of Kepa and Mendy in the goal for Chelsea.
Eduoard Mendy has struggled for form this season and back up goalkeeper, Kepa picked up an incredible form but sustained an injury that ruled him out for the World Cup despite being in the 55 squad list for Spain.
It is understood that the Chelsea owners are ready to spend big for a goalkeeper and are reportedly interested in Everton’s Jordan Pickford. The English goalkeeper is one of the goalkeepers that would be at the World Cup and Chelsea will be in the seats to watch his performance.
Chelsea will also be looking at other options Portuguese goalkeeper, Diogo Costa. The Porto goalkeeper signed a contract extension recently and has a 60 million buyout clause that could be triggered by clubs ready to pay for his services.
