Ghana have officially announced their 26 man squad for the World Cup in Qatar that begins next week.

With a few surprises to the team and late call up of players due to injury of first team players, the Black Stars team have now settled in camp for training.

Goalkeeper for Swindon Town, Jojo Wallocot is one of the few players who were destined to be in the squad but have been ruled out due to injury. The Goalkeeper sustained a finger injury in a warm up session ahead of their last game before the squad list was released.

The keeper has since then offered to join the Black Stars team as Goalkeeping training. His act of service will be of a huge boost for the other goalkeepers in the squad local goalkeeper, Ibrahim Danlad.

Ghana will face Switzerland in a friendly game before heading to Qatar for the World Cup tournament.
