1. Eating right: Eating without a routine will fluctuate your energy levels. The meal that keeps you full the longest is the right one. Develop a consistent eating routine.

2. Quit coffee: You will have withdrawal symptoms when you quit coffee. But go through them and you won’t need coffee to function. Freedom?

3. Sleep tight: Get a quality sleep of 7–8 hours. Without it, you will be stressed and groggy. Your body and mind need their time to repair themselves.

6. Socialize: Humans needs social connections to thrive. Don’t deprive yourself of it. Have regular light-hearted conversations with friends and family.
