Manchester United are bracing themselves for the potential exit of Crisitiano Ronaldo in the January transfer window.
The 5 time Balon D’or winner has been in the news lately for showing lack of commitment to his teammates and Erik Ten Hag’s decision to bench him in most of the big matches this season. Ronaldo is believed to be open to considering his options after the world cup and a move away from his boyhood club is not ruled out.
Manchester United on the other hand are looking for suitable replacements with that area of attack currently less staffed due to Martial’s reoccurring injury and Ronaldo’s lack of commitment. The Red Devils are believed to be looking at potential options with one being Barca’s Memphis Depay.
The winger turned striker has enjoyed less minutes at the club after the arrival of Robert Lewandoski and was even forcing a move out of the club before the end of the summer transfer window.
Manchester United remain interested should the player agree to a short term deal. Any move for the player will be solely based on his performance at the world cup
