Ghanaian musician, songwriter and producer Emmanuel Kweku Owusu Darlington has described rapper and hiplife legendary artist Okyeame Kwame as a father.
The Kumasi based artist and the ‘Sika Aba Fie’ hitmaker has shared some memories he has shared with Okyeame Kwame and how he helped him in his music career.

Okyeame Kwame is more like a brother, a father and a mentor to me so anytime that we have the chance to meet it’s not only about music but a whole lot of things,” he remarked.

“We do songs together and have a healthy chat among ourselves but aside that we have a lot of things that we talk about which does not bother on doing music at all”.
Speaking in an interview with Amansan Krakye on Cape Coast’s Kastle FM, Kwaku Darlington spoek about the relationship he has with the award-winning veteran musician,disclosing that Okyeame Kwame has been a guider to him in order for him to avoid making mistakes.

He continued “Okyeame Kwame is somebody that I really look up to him because the kind of advice that he gives to me is not only about music but also in life because of where he has lived his life up to.

“I’m now coming up so his advise is critical to me so that I will be able to know how to move my steps in order to make mistakes which has made me aware of certain things,” he stated.
“As a young person like me it’s important to have people like this guiding you and if only you listen you will definitely move very far and it was a nice feeling to meet Okyeame Kwame,” he told Amansan Krakye.
