The Chief Executive Officer of a Kumasi based Non Governmental Organization dubbed Unity Link Foundation, Mr Jackson Elvis Etuah has disclosed that President Nana Akuffo Addo did not come to power out of his own will.
 But rather he was endorsed by God to salvage the country from the economic challenges that have been confronting the citizenry.
And therefore Ghanaians need to recognize his position as a President, an ordained one.
Citing the book of Romans 13 verse 1, Jackson Elvis Etuah who is also a reggae musician indicated that nobody comes to power without the consent of God.
Speaking to the correspondent in an interview Jackson related that Nana Akuffo Addo as a president of the republic, due respect and honor must be accorded him.
The reggae musician who also doubles as the Managing Director of the Modern Films And Entertainment Network expressed regret that Ghanaians have in the recent times allegedly showing disrespect to the President.
Jackson Elvis Etuah particularly mentioned about how a section of traders in Kumasi allegedly booed the president and his entourage during his recent four days official visit to the region.
And asked whether such an alleged behavior shows respect, whereas the Bible says we should give respect to the authorities.Â
He called on those who involved in the alleged hooting exercise to render apologies to the president.
Because their alleged conduct the 1992 constitution that gives the president the mandate to rule the country.
On the occasion Jackson Elvis Etuah conceded the fact that the country is in crisis, yet attacks on the President and his Ministers cannot solve the problems.
In order to fix the country Jackson Etuah called on Ghanaians to cooperate with the government to find solutions for the economic challenges.
He further advised Ghanaians especially the youth to remain disciplined and avoid issues that could raise credibility problems in the society.Â
The advise he said if adhered to would go a long way to ensure building a united and peaceful country.
