Amanda Jissih Educates The Public About Breast Cancer

On Saturday, 22nd October 2022, the United showbiz used a significant portion of the program to talk about breast cancer. All six celebrities had something to say about breast cancer.

Research has indicated that Breast cancer starts when cells in the breasts, such as cells lining the ducts and lobules, begin to grow abnormally. These cells have the potential to grow out of control and invade the surrounding area of the breast tissue.

Around 25 per cent of women will survive their breast cancer for 5 years after they are diagnosed. The cancer is not curable at this point but may be controlled with treatment for some years.

Some symptoms of breast cancer include a new lump in the breast, swelling of part of the breast, bloody discharge from the nipple, irritation of the breast skin, changes in the shape of the breast, redness in the nipple area and pain in the nipple area.

Interestingly, October is used for breast cancer awareness as breast cancer can occur in women and rarely in men.

When Nana Ama McBrown asked Amanda Jissih to share her thoughts on breast cancer, what she said was highly technical as it had some embedded health lessons.

” I found some bloody discharge from my breast and I could not keep up with that so I visited various doctors to get a medical solution. Some medical professionals diagnosed that it was breast cancer whilst others advised that there was no need to be alarmed as it was not breast cancer.”

” I could not be myself during the testing procedures because I wanted to get to the bottom of the issue. I am not saying I had breast cancer or went through any surgery. None of us here has said that we have breast cancer”.

” All that we are saying is that kindly seek immediate attention as soon as you find any abnormal changes in the size or shape of the breast.”

Amanda Jissih seems to have demonstrated exceptional knowledge of the discussion of a sensitive topic such as breast cancer.

Amanda Jissih not only appeared physically beautiful on United Showbiz but her contribution to the health subject deserves to be appreciated.

Early detection or immediate medical assistance is imperative in the fight against breast cancer.

What are your thoughts on the ongoing discussion?
