The United States of America-based Ghanaian journalist, Kelvin Taylor has taken a dig at the president, Nana Akuffo Addo once again. The outspoken journalist who has constantly been accusing the Nana Addo-led administration of mismanaging the affairs of the country has taken the president on for his public speeches. According to him, Nana Addo’s public are a clear indication that he is not mentally fit to lead the country.Â
Kelvin Taylor stressed that the president leaves much to be desired anytime he speaks without a script. Moreover, most of Nana Akuffo Addo’s scripted speeches are plagiarized, he observed.Â
His comments come on the heels of the public condemnation that met some statements made by the president during his tour of the Ashanti Region. Nana Akuffo Addo is reported to have, among others, described people who criticize his administration as destructors, whom he claimed he would put to shame.
The president’s assertion that he does not care if Ghanaians vote for the opposition National Democratic Congress in the 2024 General Elections since he does not own their thumb, has also not gone down well with many Ghanaians.Â
Kelvin Taylor maintains that Nana Akuffo Addo does not have the moral high grounds to label people who criticize his administration as destructors since he, before becoming the president said a lot of distasteful things about his predecessors, calling late Professor Mills “Professor Do little”.
Here is Kelvin Taylor’s comment on the official Facebook page of his Loud Silence Media;
