According to Ruthy, Guru NKZ should have been hard on Akufo Addo’s government as all the big artists especially Sarkodie have failed to do a political song since Akufo Addo came to power for obvious reasons.
Ruthy reiterated that she is, therefore, disappointed in Guru for making the song sound romantic instead of political although the lyrics of “Enko Yie” depict the current hardships in the country.
