White Woman Annoyed With Ghanaian Bolt Drivers Because of This Habit of Theirs

Bolt has become a service which Ghanaians have come to enjoy very much because of the price and convenience. It has also served as a form of employment for Ghanaian youth.

Although bolt drivers try their best to offer the best service possible to their Ghanaian patrons, there seems to be one habit they have developed that not only annoys the locals but also a foreigner who is currently residing in the country.

The habit is when the bolt drivers ask “Where are you going to?”.

The female white lady made a video which is going viral on social media platforms. In the video, she was showing how annoyed she was with a bolt driver who was on his way to pick her up.

While on his way he asked where the lady was heading to. The white lady annoyed, savagely responded “To the moon”.

Many Ghanaians found her response to be funny. Others added that another annoying question they like asking is “should I follow the map?”.

However, some Ghanaians took the side of the bolt drivers and explained that they normally ask that question for their safety. They went on to explain that recently, bolt drivers are being attacked rampantly, especially by thieves who disguise themselves as riders and use a secluded area as a destination. Therefore, asking beforehand is simply a safety measure and thus not intentionally meant to annoy riders.
