Eric Esso absence in the match did not cause any harm – Hearts of Oak coach

Hearts of Oak gaffer David Ocloo says, Esso inclusion could have been very good for his side even though the team have equally good players for that position.

Hearts of Oak yesterday, failed to qualify to the next stage of the CAF Confederation Cup competition.

Late goal from defender Caleb Amankwaa was not enough to pushed the Phobians to the next stage of the competition.

Interim gaffer David Ocloo, believes Eric Esso inclusion in the team could have add a little bit of energy to his team but it’s unfortunate.

“Esso is a fantastic player but we have able men you saw today who also play well ” he said.

” But Esso could have add a little bit to the team ” he told the press.

The former Ashanti gold midfielder has made three appearance for the Phobians in the ongoing premier league season.

The scoreline was hunting the whole Accra Hearts of Oak team and club officials to overturn it. The goal even came at the later part of the game which caused a lot of blessing but in disguise.
